Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions
Financial assistance is available to assist those players who are not able to afford the total costs associated with playing CLBR in-house baseball. Financial assistance is limited to the total in-house registration fee only. Tournament Team fees are not eligible for financial assistance. In order to spread the assistance as far as possible, we ask each family seeking aid to pay as much as they can afford.
Applications for financial assistance must be made by a player’s parent or guardian. Submission of a financial assistance application and any information disclosed therein will be held in confidence between the parent/guardian and the CLBR Board of Directors.
In turn, applicants requesting assistance are expected to assist CLBR in recouping the costs of the scholarship through sponsorship sales. Our Sponsorship Program link provides information which can be brought to potential sponsors. Applicants requesting financial assistance are expected to sell sponsorships, in any combination of sponsorship levels, in the amount of the approved assistance.
Receipt of financial assistance for a season does not guarantee financial assistance will be provided for subsequent seasons; a new request must be submitted for each season.
